Garment/T-shirt 3D Embossed UV sticker/Silicone UV Sticker printing process as follows:
1. 3D Embossed UV sticker/Silicone UV Sticker printed by UV flatbed printer.
2. The printer prints special UV white ink on Silicone film, Sprcial UV white ink will acheive 3D embossed effect
3. White ink will be printed 1-3 times(depends on embossed effect customer requesting), and then print CMYK ink on white ink, and then print varnish on CMYK ink (Varnish ink is optional, it will be good look with Varnish ink)
4. The silicone film should be cut by plotter cutter according to edition shape.
5. The 3D Embossed UV sticker/Silicone UV Sticker will be heat transferred to garments.
This 3D Embossed UV sticker/Silicone UV Sticker UV printing solution technology is new but it is very stable because all the separately technology of whole process is mature, and they are combined together to a new printing solution, 3D Embossed UV sticker/Silicone UV Sticker is no harm to human body, because UV ink is printed on silicone film instead of being printed on garment directly.
